How to use the Open Wide   Bite Block/Mouth Wedge

1 Insert the wedge with the ridges facing left and right

2 Turn the wedge up so the BACK teeth are positioned on ridges

3 Brush the teeth on the OPPOSITE side of the wedge



4 Reverse to brush the other side
